FORUM COMMUNITY STANDARDS

The following is a list of basic guidelines which should be used and adhered to, in addition to our Terms of Use, and Announcements/Stickies posted in various sections. Please make yourself familiar with these before using our site, and Contact Us if you have any questions.

Users shall treat each other with respect at all times. Ideas and opinions may be challenged, but name-calling, personal attacks, or other inappropriate behaviour will not be allowed. Harassment is not tolerated in this community.
Users shall not question or debate an Admin or Moderator's decision publicly on the forum. In the event of a disagreement or questioning of a decision or action, users should contact the Moderator's or Admin via a private message on this forum. Don't forget; our Moderator's and Admin are not only riders, but Harley owners too. They do their job on the forum without pay, and graciously dedicate their time to the community.
No trolling behaviour. This includes deliberately posting inflammatory, irrelevant, or highly offensive comments for the purpose of disrupting the community or harassing another member.
No degrading and/or offensive remarks or images about an individual or a group of individuals based on their race, ethnicity, sex, age, nationality, religious affiliation, or any other basis.
Do not disclose any information about another member without their consent (e.g. names, contact details, pictures, details about personal life, etc.).
No nudity, or obscene language. Do not link to sites that contain them either. This site needs to remain workplace and family safe.

By all means, dish out the banter and crack the jokes - just don't intentionally offend in sensitive areas. Show restraint and respect, and keep the good times rolling.

Any violation of these rules may result in an infraction, which may also lead to a permanent ban at the Admin or Moderator's discretion. Please report any instances of rule violations by using the 'Report this post' button on any post or private message.

MEMBER RANKS

There are a total of five member ranks. Members start off with a "Newbie" rank. From there, there are an additional four ranks to move up.

To move up ranks, members just need to increase their post count. This is done by starting new topics/threads, or replying to existing ones. Ranks and post counts are shown in member mini-profiles on each post, and in member profiles.
