Re: Wearing Motorcycle Body Armour
What an absolute load of shit. I challenge anyone to crash as often and hard as I have without armour and still be walking better than I am. I won't even consider riding fast without it. Anyone that says it doesn't work really isn't trying.
Re: Wearing Motorcycle Body Armour
Yea I call BS too. You might still get hurt wearing armour, but that's the nature of the beast. The goal is to reduce the damage. Less damage = easier to fix, either naturally or via the white coat folk.

Re: Wearing Motorcycle Body Armour
The only reason I still have a functioning left shoulder is due to body armour, try being 100kgs, flying up in the air and landing on your shoulder, on the kerbstones and walking (well, crawling) away with only a posterior dislocation of the shoulder without wearing body armour...you'd be fucked and then some.
I won't ride without it.
I won't ride without it.
