Fat Boy Willie G special ?/200

[Daggy]

Hi there - new to the group. Does anyone know anything about the Fat boy Willie G special? apparently only 200 made to celebrate Willie G Davidsons retirement.

Hey Daggy

Welcome to the forums mate. Haven’t seen the Fat Boy Willie G Special but I remember the 1983 FXDG Willie G Special, a limited-run model designed by Willie G. himself. It wasn’t a Fat Boy, but it was a unique one-year-only release.

Did you manage to pick up one of the Fat Boys? You can share a quick intro in the Newbie Introductions channel and share some pics of your bike(s) too if you like!

[Dave]

Had never heard of it but did some digging and found some pics of a Fat Boy Willie G. Sounds like a tribute bike though, fancy paint job with bolt ons pretty much?

Appreciate the welcome :) thanks Dave and Tooly - yeah, I heard the difference was paint work and the skull logo and maybe a slightly different rake on the forks.
